New Builds of a Single Family Homes

Our MTL team has completed multiple new build homes, with a spacious 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom floorplan. 

New Build Duplex

Another exciting new build project was completed this duplex, with two housing units comprised of 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom layouts each. 

Carpet Removal & Tile Installation

For this project, we removed the existing carpet and tile in the entire lower level of the home - spanning through the kitchen, living room, dining room, and mud room. Later, we installed a new tile with a natural wood-look finish, all within one week!

Courtyard Upgrade

For this project, we increased the height of the courtyard wall to optimize privacy. Additionally,  we moved the entrance gate to further from the wall of the home, and built an entry arch over the gate.

Kitchen Transformation

This transformation began by removing the old flooring, cabinets and countertops. Next, we custom built and installed new cabinets, granite countertops, and laminate flooring. To brighten the space, we applied a fresh coat paint and extended the countertops for additional storage.

Outdoor Kitchen & Bar

We upgraded a bare backyard to an inviting outdoor kitchen and bar are to host friends and family.

Kitchen Remodel

MTLCS replaced the tile countertop and double basin sink with a quartz countertop a single basin spring coil faucet. We also extended the backsplash, installed a range hood, and the microwave. To finish, we restored the cabinets and updated the hardware for a sleek, modern look.

Kitchen Redesign & Extension

We began by refurbishing and installing additional cabinets, and replacing the granite countertop with a quartz countertop. The existing backsplash was extended to the ceiling, we installed a pot filler, a cook top, and a stacked double-oven in place of the pre-existing pantry. Kitchen storage was maximized by the custom-built spacious pantry on the opposite end of the cabinets, and doubling the size of the island.
